Background: Two decades after the purchase of the Huber building, it has become the crown jewel of Hicksville and the surrounding area. This stunning, historic structure has been restored and renovated to provide the site for many activities, meetings, performances, and festivities. Once again, the Huber needs the support of the community: the exterior walls, east and west, are in need of shoring up. Previous repairs were done to the front and front west sides of the building and also the rear wall has been repaired. Now it is time to correct the damage on these remaining walls before more permanent damage occurs. Contracted work began July 16th.
